Except where otherwise noted, new, unsued and unopened items may be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
Mattresses cannot be returned, except in the case of manufacturer’s defect.
Used items and items with damaged or opened packages may not be returned, except in the case of manufacturer’s defect.
We cannot give refunds on items that are used, damaged or opened, as we are not able to resell them.
All returns must have an authorization number. Call 678-383-8339 or email info@dandelionsummers.com to receive the authorization number and the address for the return.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Items returned in compliance with the Return Policy will receive a full refund.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
